GDCM contains several dicom files used for conformance testing under https://sourceforge.net/projects/gdcm/files/gdcmConformanceTests/gdcmConformanceTests/ and https://sourceforge.net/projects/gdcm/files/gdcmData/gdcmData/. These include a README describing the issue in each dcm.

We should examine these and either a) reproduce any test cases relating to tag content or b) copy any dcm files containing issues with pixel data / overlays which we can't easily reproduce.
