Integrate PySPARQL-Anything documentation

It would useful for users to find information about the Python option within the main documentation.

How we could do that:

• Expand the Installation section
• Add a menu item on Python, including the whole README of the PySPARQL Anything project
• Add the PySPARQL Anything notebook to the Tutorials section
