Description:

Update render to react 18 createRoot
This makes StrictMode mount and remount all components in a development environment and causes signup to fail

This starts the process to convert to using RTK query to call backend APIs
Set up rtkq api and use the created hooks to get data

For reviewer:

  • Read the above description
  • Reviewed the code changes
  • Navigate to the branch (pulled the latest version)
  • Run the code and been able to execute the expected function
  • Check any styling on both desktop and mobile sizes
