[RFC] Bismarck

After the release of Atago, I want to take from Opener. However, I have been thinking about the next version of Opener for a while.

The next version will be called, "Bismark" after the German battleship Bismarck.

I thought of several new features and improvements but the biggest change is that Bismarck will be written in Svelte.

However, I kinda want to do a kind of fresh idea, improvement, or pain point from your experience of using Opener too.

Probably not the reason why I chose the German battleship for this version and Bismarck is hot.
