Add support for multiple languages

DocPilot currently focusses on Python docstrings - and the prompt, template, parsing logic, etc is all designed around this. Ultimately, we want this to work with all languages which will require broadening the logic for finding the docstring location and generalising the prompt (perhaps producing a docstring template for the language first using a GPT, then injecting this into the prompt?).
