Add support for other architectures

[San7o]

Kivebpf currently supports only Linux x86_64. Other architectures
should be supported.

in particular, support is needed for:

• arm64
• ppc64le
• s390x
• RISC-V

The eBPF program, build system, testing infrastructure and deployment
should be updated for each new architecture.
