Current branch only support for cuda12.8. How to use magiattention in cuda12.4? Thanks!

Thank you for your interest in magi-attention. We chose CUDA 12.8 as it delivers optimal performance for our implementation. However, you can disable the corresponding assertions to enable compilation under CUDA 12.4. If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to us anytime.
