Actions Failing: Archive Files Not Found

The actions are failing because of two major issues:

• Two new action parts were added and the first and last parts aren't managing files properly. The first is supposed to archive the file, which it does, but the second part cannot find that archived file.
• The keyfile for sasview-bot has expired so it the account is unable to authenticate when trying to push changes. Access to the bot account and generation of a new key are required.
