Bio users in particular report finding it confusing that loading a PDF file (or other type of co-ordinate data) is labelled SLD data. Apparently they are used to thinking of PDB as structure files which they hope/believe describes the molecule they have a data file for?
Not sure how confusing this is in general but perhaps changing the label to Coordinate File would be helpful?
NOTE: Identified as part of the NIST CNR summer shool but given it is a very long standing issue and not one that will cause any incorrect results to be published I cannot bring myself to add the 6.0.0 release tag to it -- though as a simple text string change it would be trivial so, if there is agreement it could potentially be added
