Can we get more output from the ruff github action

When running ruff in the CI, the output on failure is simply a message ruff failed with exit code 1. Is there a way for the action to give us the usual ruff output, explaining the linting errors it has fixed, or any other error?

I ran into this again today and poked various combinations of --show-fixes, --verbose. There was no output at all from --show-fixes and there was a firehose of debug output from --verbose that didn't include anything about the fixes that were applied, just the files ruff was walking.

After a bit more reading... there's comment in the output Set RUFF_OUTPUT_FORMAT to github which will be relevant to this. Using --output-format=full might help, as might overriding that environment variable. Also adding --diff might make the output more verbose/useful.

And one final thing I found - because the branch wasn't yet in a PR (because it wasn't anywhere near ready for that!) the pre-commit-ci/lite-action also didn't fire, as it only runs on PRs.
