To implement a rigorous review system without the grudgery of a slow approval process, we will do the following:

Score-based Recaptcha v3 to allow legitimate users to make reviews
Auto-flagging system for Toxic commentary via Perspective.

However, here's some failsafes to factor 2:

In the event we don't have a Perspective key, we will not analyse new reviews. we will leave it for the people and the moderators to investigate.
In the event its a failsafe, the moderator has the ability to unflag a toxic comment.
