DataGrid: useSorting with Backend sorting #2540

when using the "useSorting" feature, it would be nice to disable the mutation when data is sorted on the backend.

Would it be an option to extend SortOptions with such an option ?

Otherwise I would have to build my own "sorting feature" without a mutation.
