`ReservoirComputer` does not accept `Extend` in `states_modifiers`

Pretty much title, due to the nature of Extend, the current implementation cannot accept it in the states_modifiers tuple. There is a workaround in which all states also take as input the ReservoirComputer input which is not ideal but could work for the moment
