Hi there 😊 This is my first time making a suggestion of this kind so my apologies if I'm not doing it correctly 😅
I was wondering if it’d be possible to add an option to create a random mode of the scale? Where you could select the number of notes in the mode, and minimum and maximum allowed step size (in cents) for the mode, and then it chooses a random selection of notes from the current scale that fit those rules?
I think this would be useful for a few things:
-An easy way to create scales for those with a limited understanding of theory
-A good way to quickly get the 'feel' of a tuning system by generating a few random scales in it and playing around
-A good way for those who are adventurous or see microtonal music as a process of exploration to find novel and unexpected scales
I hope this suggestion is helpful 😊 Keep up the great work on this project! I've been really enjoying using Scale Workshop!
