+George Bernard Shaw said: “The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place”. I’ve seen a number of cases where a lack of context in communication can make things hard for all participants. So, I wanted to write a quick blog post to suggest a tool for our collective communication toolboxes — building the muscle memory of explicitly providing context during communication, especially during any kind of handoff.
