Setup a Flatpak

Can I build on Linux using GCC. I currently package for Windows only as a zip file. I'd just need to be able to find FF8 on Linux do stuff.

I have WSL on my main machine but no gui on that. I do have my steam deck I can probably test in desktop mode. I wouldn't wanna compile on the steam deck though. heh.
