Exception handling

Add exception handling in the SDK. This will allow users of the SDK to not be required to parse responses to identify errors in response.

Working to define the exceptions. currently most responses from the RestAPI are 200's with status and messages. Thinking of creating a ClientResponseFilter to handle this. Right now its in the hands of the implementer to handle the responses via the objects
