Release 1.7.2

I've picked up maintaining this package for Fedora 39. Would it be possible to release version 1.7.2 please, as Fedora has had to backport all the changes since 1.7.1 to run on Python 3.12.

Hey @shawndwells, happy to help. Outside of tagging the new release, I don't think I need anything from you as upstream right now. I've pushed a release into EPEL9, will do one for EPEL8 if I get the time.

If I'm honest, I grabbed this package off the orphaned list because it looked cool. Do you have any insight on if it's being used within these secured environments?

Just to add to that, I've setup Anitya and Koschei (F39 will go green once the change freeze ends), so any future updates/breakage should get dealt with automatically.

@thebeanogamer created a new release. Not sure if there is further setup needed, but PackIt is enabled in the repo.
