[🐛 Bug]: No way to set maxInstances in Selenium Grid 4

What happened?

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

In the previous grid version, we could specify maxInstances and instances like this:
browser browserName="chrome",platform=WINDOWS,maxInstances=1 -maxSession 1

With Selenium Grid 4, up to now, I have not found a way to modify to set the maxInstances

How can we reproduce the issue?

java -jar selenium-server-4.28.1.jar standalone
