Icompatibility of some SRF output formats with MobileFrontend extension

Issue

The output formats in use work on desktop versions and respond decently when used on mobile devices, there are three formats that have issues on mobile devices when rendered with MobileFrontend extension.

• Format datatables: the results do not appear on mobile devices at all. Necessary to switch to desktop view provided at the bottom by MobileFrontend extension on mobile device
• Format: jqplotchart: the results do not appear on mobile devices at all. Necessary to switch to desktop view provided at the bottom by MobileFrontend extension on mobile device
• Format: eventcalendar: the results do not appear on mobile devices at all. Necessary to switch to desktop view provided at the bottom by MobileFrontend extension on mobile device

In #655, it was proposed to investigate in using Medik as a skin. In our wiki, we switched to Medik and disabled MobileFrontend entirely. This made the overall experience much better :-)
