Consider submitting a scoop manifest file for easier install and updates for windows users

• Firstly, thanks to developer(s) for their contributions
• I am a just a windows user. I use scoop to automate my usual package installs and updates.
• Please Consider submitting a scoop "app manifest file" to make it even easier for windows users to install gedkeeper
• scoop [1] is a package manager for windows that automates the version checking, downloading, installing in a portable way for unprivileged users and doing the the install/update.
  • I see gedkeeper also has a zip file in the github releases for portable installs.
  • scoop runs/extracts the nullsoft-exe, msi, zip packages with suitable options to bypass windows registry changes and allows the user to place the application files in a location of their choosing.
• It could go into the scoop extras bucket perhaps.

• Benefit to project. package-management solutions like scoop/chocolatey on windows helps with more widespread use. As most people would not want to build and install from from source compilation, and it saves the extra step of finding the release webpage and manually checking for a new releases, downloading etc.

The program is already published in the winget (https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/tree/c420cbd75a56de8e2614306e536bf84d8853b932/manifests/s/SVZsoft/GEDKeeper) repository. And in principle, I am not at all against the program being published everywhere possible. But this requires time, which I do not have.
