How to fetch TOOL_ID the input param from Service Now

The input parameter SN_ORCHESTRATION_TOOL_ID is a required field here. But couldn't find a way to generate this tool_id in service now.
Can you please guide on how to generate and fetch this input param SN_ORCHESTRATION_TOOL_ID

Bumping this question, it would be nice if there were some docs for devs that aren't familiar with ServiceNow.

When I go to my ServiceNow team to discuss the access required and what is needed, it would be nice to have something to go by.
