Auto-progress rounds

This is a Quality-of-Life improvement suggestions.

On rounds where I can not act (not enough gold, no troups on the field) the only action I have to do is advance to the next round.

I would welcome an option to have the game auto-progress for me to the next round I can act.
This would save time I couldn't do anything anyway.

Just curious @Ryuno-Ki does this happen a lot to you? What kind of game are you playing? With XXLarge, loose, very hard I don't normally run into this

I usually play Very hard, Small, Dense.

Especially when I'm on the loosing ground (e.g. after a split of kingdoms) I observe this situation.
