Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
/stickerfy often fails if an input gif is too difficult to compress to Discord's Stickers strict .apng requirements.

Describe the solution you'd like
Additional fields where a user can input custom ImageMagick or other related image manipulation command flags instead of using the defaults.
