Character doesn't turn head in other Aim states #499

Describe the bug
While standing still, the character stops following the camera with his head if it changes to another Aim state and as a result the character just looks straight ahead

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Launch default game(without any changes)
  2. Turn camera on 110 - 180 degrees(for more time you can increase turn in place delay)
  3. See error

Expected behavior
Character turn head like in Marketplace ALS version
