Describe the bug / error

When searching in Term store with terms that have character / in the search term you don´t get any hits on the terms. For example when I search for "Beslut/bekräftelsebrev på students anmälan/ansökan om att återuppta studier efter studieuppehåll" it will not show up.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Sharepoint Admin Center
  2. Choose Term Store under Content services in left menu
  3. Start searching for term with a / character in the term
  4. No hits will show up and you will get "400 Bad Request" and it will say "apiNotFound"

Expected behavior

Expected behavior would be that the term showed up.
