Issue description

The documentation states, "This action is only available in the newer version of the Microsoft Lists App."

However, when I tested the embed action in a document library, it worked as expected and displayed the embedded content properly.

Is the embed action officially supported in document libraries as well? Also, is it correct to understand that Site Pages does not support this?

*When I did this test, I used this sample.

Thanks for provided resources to test.
We were able to reproduce the behavior with a document library as well. Interestingly, despite the documentation stating:

"This action is only available in the newer version of the Microsoft Lists App."

…the embed action worked as expected in a document library and displayed the embedded content properly during our testing.

We’ll be reaching out to the engineering team internally to get clarity on this behavior.
