Upload Twitter and Google Photos #1

Hello,
recently I switched from imgur to my personal image hoster and so far with the extension it works great, although I am having issues with Twitter and Google Photos.
When I try to upload a picture from a Tweet it gets recognized as an .txt:

the same happens with a photo in Google Photos:
https://i.neus.xyz/xQmneT.txt
Just with the addition it only pulls the thumbnail instead of the full picture.
Could the extension maybe rename those uploads to an .jpg/.png?
