Using Reflection.AssemblyMetadata

I am curious how you are using a line like this:

 [Reflection.AssemblyMetadata("title", "Read-SpectreSelection")]

In the module. And shouldn't it be [Reflection.AssemblyMetadataAttribute]?

PS C:\> [System.Reflection.AssemblyMetadata]::new("title","Get-Foo")
InvalidOperation: Unable to find type [System.Reflection.AssemblyMetadata].
PS C:\> [System.Reflection.AssemblyMetadataAttribute]::new("title","Get-Foo")
