Requesting param files

Hello,

When I execute the feat_gen.py, I got the following error,

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/scratch/user/cyppsp/project_CAPRIspecial2019/data/6_resi_feat_gen/Rosetta_param/standard_aa/ALA.param

Could you kindly provide me with those parameter files? Thanks in advance.

Hi, thanks for your interests in our project. For the topology (parameter files), we got them from the Rosetta software. You may install the Rosetta following their tutorial, and the files you need are in the folder "rosetta_xxx/main/database/chemical/residue_type_sets/fa_standard_xxx_icoor/residue_types/" . Create a folder named "standard_aa/" in "feat_gen/" and copy the topology files there, then you can run our scripts. Thank you.
