Weird extra bar looking thing when exiting Split View

Brand new install of floorp. After exiting a split view, I have this weird extra bar (I'm guessing its the hover effect of the old tab)

Doesn't show if I don't do any split views after a browser restart, but as soon as I start a split view, it comes back if I exit split view.

This also happens upon opening/closing a panel from Floorp Sidebar.

"Unload panel when hiding panel" gets rid of it.
