Explorer: Proof Confirmed should be Resolution Confirmed and we also need to surface "Resolution Type"

Contracts page:

1. Replace "Unlock hash" with "Resolution Transaction ID" and link to it
2. Expose "Resolution Type" across from it\
3. (bonus points) add renter and host public key

We only need unlock hash on v1 contracts. For v2, it would be useful to be able to understand how a contract resolved and click through to the transaction where that resolution occurred.
