[Dashboard Request] Add a New Dashboard

Dashboard Name:

Metrics:
Similar to the key operations but here I want only API requests, not the inside operations. Just like how we get in new relic dashboard.

Target System:
API servers

Additional Features/Widgets:
Same as key operations

Use Case:
It helps monitor the high level API requests and their performance instead of cluttering with all the internal function call's metrics.
