Enable creating dashboards via MCP tool calls?

I'm working on this change because we need it to migrate our existing dashboards to signoz. I plan on having the basic crud operations as well as the helper tool that the query system uses so LLM's can understand how to call it correctly.

If I am successful at doing that, I'll also open one for alerts for the same reason I needed to migrate my alerts between systems.

I noticed that this repo does not depend on any piece of signoz so it re-creates the API inputs as its own structs.

I planned on adding the API types to the go mod so I can reference the dashboard types without having to re-create them since they're so deep. But I wanted to check in. Was it an intentional design decision to not depend on signoz? If so, I can copy and paste the types in here, but I wasn't sure.

Yes please use types from signoz. My initial intent was to get things started and there are some refactor required.

So my original implementation used the types that I found underneath query service for dashboard but as far as I can tell, I think that's a V2 endpoint and V3 dashboards uses a interface type and takes raw json? Am I missing something? I'll edit this comment and add links to the actual types of referencing when I get back to my desk.

As far as my understanding the endpoint would be https://github.com/SigNoz/signoz/blob/d22039b1a1cd3c82c2e85ccb7e6be196df6d0e25/pkg/query-service/app/http_handler.go#L521, and the handler is https://github.com/SigNoz/signoz/blob/d22039b1a1cd3c82c2e85ccb7e6be196df6d0e25/pkg/modules/dashboard/impldashboard/handler.go#L30.
