Bug description

Logs search bar should submit when you press enter, instead you have to manually click Run Query.

Believe this also applies to Traces, Exceptions, and External API pages.

Expected behavior

Expected is enter button would run the query

How to reproduce

1. Go to the logs page and try to type a query and press enter
