AI/ML forecasting for metrics

I am ready to implement this feature myself and submit a pull request

Currently Signoz collects cpu and other system metrics but doesnt support any predictive features or anomaly detection

Describe the solution you'd like

Add ML-based forecasting of CPU using ARIMA to predict future load
Add AI-based anomaly detection for CPU to highlight unusual spikes or drops
Create new metrics to Dashboard (for example cpu_forecast)

Describe alternatives you've considered

Netdata and Prometheus AI-anomaly detection are possible alternatives
