Please describe.
the deploy/docker/docker-compose.yaml for v0.97.1 pulls signoz docker image v0.97.0

Expected behavior

The docker compose should pull the right version (in sync with repo tag

How to reproduce

1. clone git from tag v0.97.1
2. check image version for signoz in the file

• Your CPU Architecture(ARM/Intel):
