Automatically Frame Agent when Opening in Builder

Current Issue: When opening an agent in the builder, the canvas is zoomed in to the center and the blocks are typically not visible. Often this results in users seeing a "blank screen" - and they don't know to zoom out.

Solution:

1. Wait for agent to fully load into canvas

2. "Auto-frame" all the blocks on the canvas, using the same behaviour as when this button is clicked:

   

   
   
   The end result should be that as much of the agent as possible is automatically visible on the screen when opening any agent.
