"Edit a Copy" + Disabled "Customise Agent" UX is Confusing

Current Flow:

1. User wants to customise marketplace agent.
2. "Customise Agent" button is greyed out.
3. They need to instead find and click "Edit a Copy".
4. They are shown a "Edit a copy" confirmation popup. They click to confirm.
5. They are then taken back to the Agent Library Screen (the agent has been duplicated by the system).
6. They then need to click "Customise Agent" (no longer greyed out).
7. They then see the agent in the builder.

Better Flow:

1. User wants to customise marketplace agent.

2. "Customise Agent" button is not greyed out - Clicking it shows the "Edit a copy" confirmation popup.

3. Clicking to confirm automatically opens the duplicated agent in the builder.
   

   In this scenario the "Edit a copy" button is removed.
