Guide for how to add/config/setpub/sub in a new blemeshdevice in hostprovisioner

Hi,

Is there any guide such as the useage flow to demostrate add device,config device setpub/sub cmd to starter for hostprovisioner,

when run efr32mg21 as ncp target with the hostprovisioner, it can found unprovisiondevice,but how add the unprovicedevice to the net, config pub and sub.
