Integrate to new file upload system?

SD still using old file-upload system. Its best we migrate (in this case we means you SleePy) to new system to eliminate old code.

I've looked at this heavily and the only way to introduce the new upload system is to basically rewrite the entire attachment system to match SMF's attachment system into SImpleDesk. I don't see implanting this into this version.
