alarm not corrected after timezone change

Today in Europe we changed the timezone 1 hour back. The alarm was set for 8:15 but went off at 7:15. When I disabled the alarm it went of again (correct this time) at 8:15.

It should have gone off only at 8:15.

The bug will cause even more trouble when DST starts on 2024-03-31 (in many European countries): missed trains, planes, exams, meetings ...
