PhisherPrice Personal Use License

This license agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Licensee") and the creator of Phisherprice ("Licensor"). By using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

  1. License Grant. Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software for personal use only. Licensee may not sell or redistribute the software, or any modified versions of the software, in any form.

  2. Ownership. Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights. Licensee acknowledges that they are receiving only a limited right to use the software.

  3. Modifications. Licensee may modify the software for personal use only. Any modifications made to the software will not be deemed derivative works, and Licensee may not distribute or sell any modifications to the software.

  4. Termination. This Agreement will terminate immediately if Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, Licensee must immediately cease all use of the software and destroy all copies of the software.

  5. Disclaimer of Warranty. The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  6. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) arising in any way out of the use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

  7. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Licensor is located, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions.

  8. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Licensee and Licensor and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the software.
