Some RetroArch fix and MWSMZ3 integration

• Fixed some issue with the RetroArch support.
• Added the SMZ3 Multiworld in the default trusted domain
• And some various fix

QFile2Snes start fixed and SNES classic improvment

• QFile2Snes should now start properly on Windows
• Added a workaround for the SNES Classic device that sometime stop working
• The update dialog shows the version description

WinUpdater got a Ui

Very few changes for this version.

• Added a Ui to the updater
• Fixed Bizhawk multibridge script to not print every message send and slowing down the emu.

This version includes a way to automatically update QUsb2Snes.
It will check for a new version every 5 times you start it or you can force it to check via an entry on the Misc menu

Bizhawk support

Some bugs fixes:

• The Ui will report when something prevents the websocket server from running instead of quitting silently.
• Lua bridge handle rommapping, make smz3 autotracker work correctly with it
• The nogui mode create the sd2snes device support correctly now

New stuff:

• Bizhawk support with the lua bridge (check the Readme)
• You can set the IP of the snes classic in the config file, see #22

This is likely the last release before the new stable (0.8)
