Hello @SkepticMystic !!!!!
I’m starting to test some real workflows and I found something that I’d like to share.
I think we need a treatment for block refs links . For block refs I’m referencing to
[[note_name#^id|alias_name]]
In my humble opinion these types of links should not be in the GA :)
My Workflow
I use Obsidian to create personal notes about the Books that I’m reading. I have two notes for each book
Book Name AN
have 300/400 blocks refs fromBook Name LN
because I need to reference everything I write about the book with it’s original sourceBook Name LN
is in English and I write in Portuguese -> I need block refs to connect my writing /translation in Portuguese with the original text in English!My Workflow applied to GA
I’m gonna write about Joe Biden in the [[Joe Biden]] note;
In my [[Book Name]] I have a line about [[Joe Biden]];
When looking at GA I have this scenario:
As you can see, I have [[Book Note LN]] in my Co-Citation type view only with my block refs links
Since I have 300/400 links per note would be a long list in my GA without any analysis to make :)
One comment about block refs: If this become an FR i just like to comment that we need to consider the alias
|alias_name
when excluding block ref links :)Thanks for reading this!
Have a great day!
