All custom indices were not saved

I made several lines of the same network in a row and saved each file step by step. I also added custom lines for each line when I needed them (then I increased over the time).

But when I checked the saved file of my last line, not all the custom indices were saved. And it's not consistant on which lines have been saved (I got old and new lines on my last file, but not all of them).

I don't know how to reproduce this behaviour.

Since I have three saved files, I will try to do some copy and paste to merge everything.

Custom indices bundling is known to be broken currently. I will fix this ASAP
