Revisit integration of hyperlinks in "Features" section #115

Features links: the links are currently in the text, but the headers have arrows. Either make the headers the links, or (if there’s more than one link per item) put all the links at the end of the text with some sort of bullet. It makes it easier to visually pull out the links from the text.
