SmartSense motion sensor and multi sensor config()

According to the specifications in the dth Smartsense motion sensor and smartsense multi sensor, the configure () configuration will be called in the installation and when the preferences are updated, but this does not happen in the new smartthings app.

Could this cause Smart sense not to report motion?
I've been having issues with multiple smart senses and came across this report.

What is the sensor model and what DTH controller are you using?
Stays offline?
Send the temperature information?

These the v1 smart senses.
I have 2 and both are reporting temperature and battery levels correctly, just not motion,
Sometimes they'll report "no motion" without any preceding motion detection.

In IDE do you use the DTH "smartSense Motion Sensor"?
Are those manufactured by centralite?
I have seen in some thread of the smartthings community that they have begun to give that failure to some and it seems a sensor failure

That's the exact same devices that I have and the same issue i am experiencing.
The IDE is reporting the device type "smartSense Motion Sensor".

DTH is correct.
I don' know wath is the problem.
Could try yo check or resolder joints in circuits

Or remove the plastic cover of PIR sensor and clean PIR with alcohol
