Library won't show unless something's already been stated in the script

When writing a script, it won't show the full library and only things that have already been writing. I've tried reinstalling the plugin, vs code, and restarting my computer but it won't fix.

try resetting all of your settings (including workspace ones) related to this extension
or running the Clear Cache for Engine API Data command via CTRL + P
