[feature]: Datadrive test suite

Hello,

I use a lot the DataDriver for test cases and thanks a lot for the Library. With my experience, I think it can be usefull to data drive test suite.
From a test point of view, I think it's relevant and can help people to test different environments conditions.
Regarding the actual Library, it seems that the structure is here to implement here inside init.robot file at the root of a test suite forder.

I check if it exists before creating this ticket and I see nothing.
In fact, I have this need on my side, I can develop internally but I think it's preferable to share it with everyone.
